How much sunscreen do I need?
To protect your face and neck you’ll need about a 3-finger sunscreen method. Squeeze a line down three fingers of your hand, that is equivalent to about 1/2 teaspoon of sunscreen.
Do I really need to reapply sunscreen throughout the day?
