  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 3-4 tablespoons ice water
  • Pumpkin Puree:
  • 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
